Service Description
Tool Elixir provides free, browser-based utility tools for processing images, PDFs, text, code, and other files. All tools run entirely in your browser — no files are uploaded to any server. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, without any obligation.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tool Elixir only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to process illegal content
- Attempt to exploit or abuse the service
- Use automated tools to overload or disrupt the service
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the tools
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on Tool Elixir are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The tools are licensed (not sold) for personal and commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the site without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tool Elixir is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tool Elixir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Since all processing happens in your browser and we never receive your files, we have no liability for data loss, corruption, or unintended disclosure.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Since the service is free and no accounts are required, termination typically only affects you if we are compelled to comply with legal obligations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
